Discover assets

In Asset Manager, either in the All Assets view or your Project page, you can:

• Use the search bar to find assets in a project or a collection based on keywords or tags:
  • Type any value in the search bar. The search results appear in 0.5 seconds in the search window after you stop typing.
  • Your search terms will return any results that have a name or tag that match the search term.
• Select the + Filters button to filter your searches by:
  • Primary Metadata
    • These are any default metadata types that come in all assets.
      
      Note

      You can only filter by 'Projects' if you are in the all All Assets view.

  • Custom Metadata
    • These are any extra metadata fields that organizations use across any asset in their organization.
  • Extracted Metadata
    • Some file types, such as 3D files have metadata automatically extracted on ingestion. Any of this metadata based on a Boolean metadata type can be filtered.
